Laugh Alot Senior Night is a 3-hour uplifting, interactive event designed to bring seniors together for laughter, movement, creativity, and meaningful connection. Each session encourages joy, community bonding, and healthy activity through a combination of teaching, music, art, and laughter therapy.
What's Included:
- Inspirational PowerPoint Presentation: “You’re Still Alive!” — teaching on staying active and connected.
- Interactive “Guess This Music & Era” Game led by a DJ.
- Chair & Breathing Exercises: Gentle movements for flexibility and fun.
- Paint & Sip Activity: Guided art session with all materials provided.
- Backdrop Group Photo Session to capture joyful memories.
- Host & Instructor Team: Includes facilitator, art instructor, and assistant.
Materials Provided:
- Canvases (11x14 or 12x16)
- Acrylic paints and brushes
- Paint palettes and aprons
- Table coverings, water cups, wipes
- DJ sound system and playlist
- Projector and PowerPoint setup
- Name tags and discussion prompts
- Backdrop stand and props for group photo
