Plan Your Laugh Alot Night!
Laugh Alot Night is a 3-hour interactive experience filled with creativity, laughter, and connection. Participants enjoy a mix of inspirational teaching, painting, music, laughter therapy, and optional karaoke or spoken word performances, all designed to uplift the mind, body, and spirit. Every event celebrates joy and healing through laughter, art, and community.
What's Included:
- Opening & PowerPoint Presentation: 'Laugh Yourself Back to Health' , exploring the importance of laughter, forgiveness, and emotional wellness.
- Interactive Laughter Games & Icebreakers: Fun group challenges and laughter exercises.
- Guided Breathing & Relaxation: Calming breathing activities to reduce stress.
- Paint & Sip Activity: Themed canvas painting with full step-by-step instruction (all materials included).
- (Optional) Karaoke & Spoken Word: Open mic session for singing, poetry, and personal expression.
- Closing Group Photo: Fun photos at the Laugh Alot backdrop with props.
Refreshments & BYOB Policy

- Optional Refreshments: Coffee, assorted teas, bottled water, and light pastries or cookies can be provided.
- BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage): Guests may bring their own wine, cider, or preferred drink. Host provides cups and setup table.
What We
Offer
Each Laugh Alot event includes all supplies: canvases (11x14 or 12x16), acrylic paints, brushes, palettes, aprons, table covers, wipes, DJ sound system, microphones, projector, backdrop setup, and photo props.

• Travel fee may apply for venues beyond 20 miles
• Setup and cleanup included (45 minutes before and after event)
• Minimum of 2 Laugh Alot team members (host + instructor or DJ)
