If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not book or participate in a Laugh ALOT Experience.

1. ABOUT LAUGH ALOT EXPERIENCE
Laugh ALOT Experience creates welcoming spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and experience joy through creativity, laughter, and meaningful human connection.
Our experiences may include guided painting, creative wellness activities, group activities, relationship and connection exercises, reflective activities, community gatherings, youth programs, senior experiences, couples sessions, private events, and other creative experiences.
Laugh ALOT Experiences are intended to encourage creativity, relaxation, connection, self-expression, and enjoyment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, counseling, or therapeutic treatment and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

2. ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION
Participants must meet any age, registration, or participation requirements stated for the specific event or session.
Some experiences may have age requirements or require a parent or legal guardian to register and/or accompany a minor.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for notifying Laugh ALOT of any circumstances that may affect their ability to safely participate.
Laugh ALOT reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation when necessary to protect the safety, comfort, or well-being of participants, staff, facilitators, vendors, or other guests.

3. BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS
Reservations are subject to availability.
A booking is not considered confirmed until Laugh ALOT has received the required payment, deposit, registration information, or other confirmation specified for the particular experience.
For private events, group sessions, corporate experiences, schools, organizations, and special events, additional booking requirements may apply.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking information before submitting payment.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment requirements may vary by experience.
Laugh ALOT may require:

  • Full payment at the time of booking;

  • A non-refundable deposit;

  • A partial payment with a remaining balance due by a specified date; or

  • Another payment arrangement communicated before booking.

All applicable prices, fees, deposits, and payment deadlines will be communicated during the booking process.
Failure to make required payments by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Laugh ALOT is not responsible for reservations lost due to incomplete payment.

5. DEPOSITS
Deposits may be required for private events, group bookings, specialty experiences, or other reservations.
Unless a written exception is provided, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable toward an approved rescheduled date at Laugh ALOT's discretion.
The deposit policy applicable to a specific booking will be disclosed before payment.

6. CANCELLATIONS BY PARTICIPANTS
Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary based on the type of booking.
For ticketed public events, cancellations may be subject to the refund policy stated on the event registration or ticketing page.
For private or group bookings, cancellation policies may include deadlines and non-refundable deposits.
If a participant cancels after the applicable cancellation deadline, Laugh ALOT may retain all or part of the payment because materials, staffing, venue arrangements, supplies, and other costs may have already been incurred.
When a refund is approved, processing fees, transaction fees, deposits, or other non-refundable costs may be deducted where permitted and disclosed.

7. RESCHEDULING
Requests to reschedule must be submitted as soon as possible.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
Laugh ALOT may charge a rescheduling fee or require additional payment when a new date results in increased venue, staffing, materials, or other costs.
For private and group events, rescheduling requests made within [___] days of the scheduled event may be subject to additional restrictions.

8. NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS
No-shows are generally not eligible for refunds.
Participants who arrive late may miss portions of the experience and may not receive additional time or a shortened session extension.
Laugh ALOT cannot guarantee that late arrivals will be able to participate in activities that have already begun.
For private events, the scheduled event end time generally remains unchanged regardless of participant arrival time.
